The surroundings are quite nice, nestled near a park that’s perfect for a good stroll. The historical architecture of the building adds character and charm, enhancing the overall experience of the stay.
The amenities in the room felt outdated, with stained carpets and furnishings that could use a refresh. The shower pressure was weak, especially when trying to combine hot water, which made for an unsatisfying experience. There were numerous steep stairs to navigate with no lift, which could be a hassle. the distance from attractions might be a challenge if you're not driving.

I had a great time with my friends at this lovely place. We explored the beautiful nearby golf courses and visited the historic Royal Hunting Lodge. The grounds were peaceful, and the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!
Unfortunately, my shower didn’t work properly, which was quite disappointing. We had to share facilities, and it made us feel a bit uneasy about our stay.

I had a lovely stay for three nights where I enjoyed some beautifully cooked scrambled eggs at breakfast and a peaceful evening reading in the garden. There are some great spots to relax, like the sun terrace and spacious grounds, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty during my time there, but it didn't dampen my experience. 😊
